Black Student Association

The Black Student Association (BSA) is an interdisciplinary organization founded in 1992 by African American students at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.

The BSA is open to all students at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center regardless of ethnic background, discipline, or other affiliations.

Community Service

The Black Student Association offers a number of opportunities to participate in community service. Our most recent collaborations include tutoring with Pyramid Academy and Grizzly High School.

Throughout the year, we coordinate many health fairs and mentoring events within the community.
